We extensively tested stairlifts from Merits Health Products over a period of 5 years before streamlining our services in 2022. These stairlifts include the Pilot E603 Aviator Straight Stairlift and the Pilot E604 Navigator Curved Stairlift. Merits Health Products’ stairlifts have demonstrated superior reliability and in comparison to many other brands, supported by a robust quality assurance team and superior chip boards. We have not encountered issues with any mainboard or motor in their units for over 7 years.
Recently, Houston experienced the wrath of Hurricane Beryl. Greater Houston Stair Lifts did not have any calls for any Pilot Stairlifts requiring service due to the storm or power outage.
