Aaron the owner was so personable and caring during the sales process, he made it an easy choice to work with Lonestar Stairlifts. I was able to get the perfect unit made to size in one day and it works soo smooth and safe and quiet. Chris and Alex the two expert installers came out and not only made to perfect fit but tested and showed me how to trouble shoot and explained how the stairlift works plugged in or on back up battery. They were so very polite and cleaned up after the custom cutting, everything was a perfect experience from start to finish. Also if you are looking for a stairlift--Lonestar are honest, transparent on everything and can even offer indoor or outdoor units. Not to talk down about competitors, but 7 other companies I called all have a hook to upcharge the entire set up and system...shame since cost for disabled is already high in the US too. Aaron, Chris & Alex---THANK YOU from both myself and on behalf of my mother who will finally get to go into her new home with total ease.

We had an issue with our stairlift. We called Wednesday afternoon to report the issue. Two gentlemen came out Friday and fixed the issue. If you are thinking of getting a stairlift, definitely consider calling Greater Houston Stairlift. We are very pleased.

I called Greater Houston Stair Lifts after the other company we were going to go with (out of state) were unable to accommodate my family member’s release date from rehab. GHSL installed the next day and gave us a better price for a quality lift. They also gave us a handy tool for use on our car as a free gift. They really are great! Good people too!

It is Super bowl Sunday and our stair lift stopped working. I was hesitant to call for help, but when I looked at my husband's face I decided that I would try, not really expecting to get someone on the phone. I reached Aaron the same technician who installed the chair lift. Instead of saying it will have to wait until Monday he said I can help you from here. He took the time and patience to walk me through the steps even when I didn't think that I could do this. That is what I call GOOD customer service. The men were very diligent and thorough. Aaron answered all my questions in a positive kindly manner. He was extremely helpful. I'm very happy with the job they did.

Just wanted to say thank you to Aaron and Greater Houston Stair Lifts for educating me on stair lifts and later installing a unit for me. I was getting ready to have a major hip replacement in days and called Aaron to see about installation. He promptly called back and after sending pictures of the stairs to him, he came out and installed the unit the next day prior to my surgery, explaining every detail about operating the unit and had us test the unit before leaving. We can both use the upstairs now and the chair lift works effortlessly to get us up and down. I like working with Aaron because he was honest, answered all questions, and is available to assist if problems occur since he has his business located here providing sales and service support.

My parent's are very happy with the chair. My step dad now goes up and down their stairs with ease and feels safe. I would tell anyone that has a problem with stairs to get one. Aaron was very nice and helpful.
