Is the recline feature motorized too?
Yes! The power lift chair remote allows you to recline the chair, stopping at any position for personalized comfort.
Are the chair controls only on the remote?
Are the chair controls only on the remote? Yes, the chair controls are on one remote-control and the massage controls are one a separate remote control. A convenient side pocket holds both remotes for easy access in any position.
What is the weight limit for the power lift chair?
The Vive power lift chair safely supports up to 300 pounds.
Does the lift chair lay flat when reclined?
The Vive power lift chair is not completely flat when fully reclined but gently angled.
How wide is the lift chair seat?
The lift chair seat measures 18” across and 20.5” deep. From the outside of the armrests, the total width of the lift chair is 26”.
How far from the wall does the chair need to sit?
For safe use, the Vive power lift chair should be positioned at least 20” away from any wall.
Does the lift recliner chair swivel?
No, due to the lifting mechanism the lift chair does not swivel or rock.
What are the five massage modes?
The Vive power lift and massage chair features five massage modes. These modes include a normal vibration massage, an auto-massage that provides random pulsing massage to all areas, a wave mode, press mode that provides a rapid tapping motion and a pulse mode that provides a deep tapping motion.
Can I adjust the intensity of the massage?
Yes, the Vive massage chair offers two levels of intensity which can be set on the massage remote control.
How long does each massage session last?
Each massage mode provides a 15-minute massage.

Aaron the owner was so personable and caring during the sales process, he made it an easy choice to work with Lonestar Stairlifts. I was able to get the perfect unit made to size in one day and it works soo smooth and safe and quiet. Chris and Alex the two expert installers came out and not only made to perfect fit but tested and showed me how to trouble shoot and explained how the stairlift works plugged in or on back up battery. They were so very polite and cleaned up after the custom cutting, everything was a perfect experience from start to finish. Also if you are looking for a stairlift--Lonestar are honest, transparent on everything and can even offer indoor or outdoor units. Not to talk down about competitors, but 7 other companies I called all have a hook to upcharge the entire set up and system...shame since cost for disabled is already high in the US too. Aaron, Chris & Alex---THANK YOU from both myself and on behalf of my mother who will finally get to go into her new home with total ease.

if you need a no BS company to get yourself or your elder family member set up with a stairlift, then call Aaron at Lonestar stairlift----this team were amazing, transparent pricing, easy fast custom sizing and 1 day install...I cannot praise any higher they are your absolute best contact to get a stairlift installed. Chris & Alex were fabulous...they arrived and promptly got to work--3 hours later we had the perfect custom fit and a wonderful Stairlift for mother....for the first time she can access her own home from inside the garage protected from weather!

We had an issue with our stairlift. We called Wednesday afternoon to report the issue. Two gentlemen came out Friday and fixed the issue. If you are thinking of getting a stairlift, definitely consider calling Greater Houston Stairlift. We are very pleased.

Great way to help handicapped. Now able to use entire house. Installers did a great job and it works as advertised. As an aside I put stick on safety lights to prevent running into the ends of the rail at night.

Stair lift installed by Greater Houston had a defective foot rest twice. They attempted to repair it twice and charged me $300 even though it was under warranty. The third failure they declined any fit her repair attempts saying we either broke the foot rest or it was a mfg defect . They said the mfg Health denied replacing the chair even though it’s still under warranty. Aron Sargent said someone from the MfG would contact me . That was on 08-03-25 . I have head from no one .
